This class builds full-body strength, especially in the upper body and core, while improving coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Whether you're spinning, inverting, or flowing through beautiful shapes, Aerial Hoop offers a fun and challenging way to express yourself through movement. With progressions for all levels, you'll feel supported as you build confidence, defy gravity, and discover your inner aerialist.
**Students enrolled in this class must be at the current Aerial Hoop level. If the student is not, the owner/instructors have the right to move the student to the appropriate leveled class

Aerial Hammock

Aerial Hammock is a dynamic and fluid aerial practice that uses a soft, silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your movement. This class blends elements of strength, flexibility, and creativity as you explore poses, transitions, and sequences both in the air and close to the ground.
You'll build core and upper body strength, increase flexibility, and improve coordination — all while experiencing the unique sensation of floating. Whether you're dancing in the fabric or mastering inversions, Aerial Hammock is a fun and freeing way to move, stretch, and express yourself.
**Students enrolled in this class must be at the current Aerial Hammock level. If the student is not, the owner/instructors have the right to move the student to the appropriate leveled class

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Relax, reset, and indulge in a deeply calming sound bath led by Siobhan. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, this immersive experience is designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and restore a sense of balance and ease.
As you lie comfortably on your mat, gentle sound vibrations will wash over you, guiding you into a deeply restful, meditative state—like a full-body exhale for your nervous system.
Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to create your own cozy, cocoon-like space.

Restorative Yoga & Healing Sounds

Slow down, soften, and nourish your body and mind with this deeply restorative 90-minute experience. We begin with 45 minutes of gentle, supportive yoga, where long, restful holds invite the body to release tension, unwind, and open the deeper connective tissues.
From there, ease into a 45-minute immersive sound bath. Rest in a supported savasana as soothing, healing sounds wash over you—guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.
This thoughtful blend of restorative yoga and sound healing creates a powerful, harmonious experience—preparing the body to fully receive the therapeutic effects of sound while inviting a profound sense of balance and calm.
No experience necessary. All levels are warmly welcome.
